Privacy policy.

Visual Samples (“we,” “I”) is a sole-operator real estate media business based in Sarasota, Florida, operating the website visualsamples.media. This policy explains what information is collected when you use the site, book a shoot, or send a message — and what happens to it.

Information you provide. Booking and contact forms collect what they ask for and nothing hidden: your name, email address, phone number, brokerage or company, the property address and details (square footage, acreage, access notes), requested dates, and anything you write in a message field.

Information collected automatically. Standard server logs and basic site analytics: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and referring page. This data is used in aggregate to understand how the site performs — not to profile individuals.

Property media. Photos and video produced during a shoot are working files of the business, handled under the license terms described on the licensing page and in the terms of service — not under this policy.

• Scheduling, quoting, shooting, and delivering the media you booked.
• Transactional email: confirmations, reminders, delivery links, and invoices.
• Replying to messages you send.
• Understanding site performance and where bookings come from.

Your information is never sold, rented, or traded. You will not be added to a marketing list by booking a shoot.

Only the service providers required to run the business, and only what each needs to do its job: website hosting and infrastructure (Cloudflare), scheduling and calendar tooling, transactional email delivery, and — once invoicing is live — a payment processor. Each provider handles data under its own privacy terms.

Beyond that, information is disclosed only if the law requires it or to protect against fraud or abuse of the site.

Delivered galleries are shared via link so you can forward them to sellers, brokerages, and stagers. Treat a gallery link like the deliverable it is: anyone you send it to can view and download the media it contains.

Booking records are kept as long as needed for business records, tax, and legal purposes. Contact-form messages are kept as long as the conversation is live and for a reasonable period after. You can request deletion at any time (section 7).

Email hello@visualsamples.media to ask what information is held about you, correct it, or request deletion of anything not required for legal or accounting records. Transactional emails about an active booking can’t be opted out of while the booking is active — they’re how the shoot happens.

The site is a business service for property professionals and owners. It is not directed at children under 13, and no information is knowingly collected from them.

Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored with the infrastructure providers named above. No internet service can promise perfect security; what’s collected is kept to the minimum the work requires, which is the better protection.

Material changes will be posted on this page with a new “last updated” date. Continued use of the site after a change means the updated policy applies.
