Short-Term Rentals
Airbnb and Vrbo media for Gulf Coast rentals — shot once, licensed to you for life.
Real twilight — client work, Knoxville, TN market. Now based in Sarasota.
Why STR media is different
A listing photo sells a house once. Rental media works every night the calendar is open — so it's licensed, staged, and shot differently.
MLS licensing covers one listing, then it expires. STR media is licensed to you for the life of the property — rebrand, relist, re-platform, run ads. No relicensing fees, ever.
Straightening, decluttering, and styling with what the home already has — pillows squared, counters cleared, throws placed. Honest scope: it is not a furniture truck, and if a space needs full staging I will say so before the shoot.
Guests filter by amenity — coffee bar, fire pit, workspace, the view from the porch swing. Detail frames are shot to match the amenity keywords your listing competes on.
And the payoff is measured, not assumed — Airbnb's own study of 14,700 listings found professionally photographed homes earn 19% more bookings and 21% higher earnings, worked through host by host in the data on whether pro photos increase Airbnb bookings.

Essentials, plus real twilight shot on-site at dusk and a property website.
Hosting beyond the Sarasota area? How Gulf, Atlantic and inland rentals photograph differently — and the travel policy for booking a shoot anywhere in the state — is laid out in our Florida vacation-rental photography guide.
The twilight frame
The dusk shot is the scroll-stopper on every booking platform — warm windows against a deepening sky reads as a night a guest wants.

Real twilight (included in STR Pro) is photographed on location in the twenty minutes after sunset — interior lights on, sky doing the work. It costs more because it is its own visit at a specific time of day.
Virtual twilight is a daytime exposure edited into a dusk scene. It photographs well and it is honest work — but it is an edit, it is always disclosed as one, and a trained eye can tell. For a rental competing on first impressions, the real thing is worth the visit.

Included in STR Essentials
An unlit firebox photographs as a black hole in an otherwise warm room. Virtual fire replacement composites a realistic fire into your fireplace in post-production.
It is an edit, and it is treated like one: applied only to fireplaces that actually work, and disclosed to you in the delivery notes. Guests get the feeling the room really delivers on a December night — nobody gets sold a fireplace that doesn't exist.
Licensing, in one sentence
You own these for the life of the listing. Rebrand, relist, re-platform — no relicensing fees.
The plain-language breakdown of what each license covers lives on the licensing page.
