Listing Video & Reels

Film the listing. Feed the brand.

Buyers scroll; film stops the thumb. Cinematic walkthroughs for the listing, vertical reels for your feed — every listing becomes content that builds the agent, not just sells the house.

The math that makes reels work for agents: a listing shoot happens anyway, the film crew is already in the house, and the resulting 60 seconds performs on your feed for months. Industry research puts listings marketed with video at roughly 4x the inquiry volume of photo-only listings — and unlike a portal ad, a reel keeps compounding your name after the listing closes. On the Gulf Coast that matters most where the product is cinematic by nature: Lakewood Ranch new construction, the keys’ waterfront, and the luxury corridors where Tampa and St. Pete agents compete on personal brand.

What we shoot and deliver

Vertical social reel

9:16 · typically 30–90 seconds

Cut for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts — hook in the first two seconds, licensed music, pacing built for the feed. This is the format that turns every listing into agent-brand content.

Premium listing film

16:9 · typically 1–2 minutes

The full cinematic walkthrough: gimbal interiors, drone reveals, twilight closer where booked. Lives on the property website, YouTube, and everywhere the MLS allows an unbranded tour link.

Agent-branded intro

You, on camera

An on-camera open and close — you walking the drive, delivering the hook. The single strongest brand-building ingredient a reel can carry: buyers remember the agent, not just the house.

Drone footage, integrated

Flown the same visit

Aerial push-ins and orbit reveals cut into the edit — position, water, and community context in motion. Flights planned around FAA Part 107 rules, airspace checked per address.

Where video lives in the menu: the Branding Starter package ($644) is Pro plus a premium social reel; Lux (from $900) carries the full premium listing film. Photos keep the 24-hour clock on both; video edit timelines are confirmed at booking. Full inclusions on the packages page.

Where video earns its budget

New construction and master-planned communities. A reel can hold a model home, the amenity campus, and the lifestyle in one cut — which is why video requests cluster around Lakewood Ranch and the region’s builder corridors.

Waterfront and luxury. Drone-to-door reveals were invented for homes where the approach is the argument. Twilight closers, pool-deck dolly moves, and the water always in frame.

Agent branding. An on-camera intro turns a listing asset into a prospecting asset: sellers watching reels choose the agent whose face they’ve already seen walk a beautiful home. This is the Branding Starter’s whole thesis — every listing becomes a brand deposit.

Still weighing photos-only against adding film? The neutral breakdown — costs, stats, and when video is genuinely not worth it — is in the listing video vs. photos guide.

Real work only

Questions agents ask

Which packages include video?

Two listing tiers carry video: Branding Starter ($644) is Pro plus a premium vertical social reel, and Lux (from $900) ships the full premium listing film alongside the complete photo set, drone, and twilight frames. Photos always deliver in 24 hours; video timelines are confirmed at booking so the full schedule is known before you commit.

Compare listing tiers

Do you deliver vertical and horizontal?

Yes. Reels deliver in 9:16 for Instagram, TikTok, and Shorts; listing films deliver in 16:9 for YouTube, the property website, and portal links. Where a shoot includes both, the edit is planned so key moments work in both crops rather than lazily center-cropping one into the other.

Is the music licensed for social?

Yes — delivered edits carry tracks from a licensed library cleared for listing marketing and social use, so a reel won’t be muted or flagged after you post it. That detail catches more agents out than any other part of listing video.

Do I need video if I already have great photos?

Photos sell the rooms; video sells the flow, and reels compound your brand between listings. Industry research consistently finds listings marketed with video attract multiples more inquiries — the often-cited figure is around 4x. Whether that’s worth it for your specific listing depends on price point and audience — the honest decision framework lives in our video vs. photos guide.
