St. Pete, on routed days — photographed properly.

Select St. Petersburg communities on scheduled travel days from Sarasota — downtown towers to brick-street bungalows, photos back in 24 hours.

We cover select Tampa Bay & Pinellas communities on routed travel days — dates are grouped by geographic route to keep travel fees low, and a travel fee may apply depending on the project.

Here is the honest version, because most photography sites won’t give it to you: we are based in Sarasota, and we serve select St. Petersburg communities on routed travel days — dates grouped by geographic route so travel stays efficient, with a travel fee that may apply depending on the address. Everything is confirmed before you book, so there are never surprises on the invoice.

Why say it that plainly? Because agents deserve to know how scheduling actually works — and because when we do come north, the work is worth planning for: full listing media with 24-hour photo delivery, in a city whose housing stock we genuinely love shooting.

Where we route

St. Petersburg communities we photograph

From the Gulf Coast’s tallest residential tower to Florida’s biggest bungalow district — four very different photography problems.

Downtown & the waterfront towers

Downtown St. Pete’s condo skyline is the fastest-changing on the Gulf Coast, crowned by The Residences at 400 Central — 46 stories, the tallest residential building on Florida’s west coast — alongside Saltaire, ONE St. Petersburg and the towers ringing the waterfront parks. Tower listings are their own craft: amenity decks, skyline-and-bay view frames from the unit, and drone work that places the building against Tampa Bay. Remote and relocating buyers dominate this market, which makes 3D tours and interactive floor plans close to mandatory.

Old Northeast

Brick streets, granite curbs, hex-block sidewalks and a hundred years of Craftsman, Mediterranean-revival and Colonial homes under an oak canopy — Old Northeast is one of Florida’s great historic neighborhoods, and it photographs like it. These listings sell on character, so we shoot them character-first: natural light, straight verticals, porch and streetscape frames that show the neighborhood as honestly as the house.

Snell Isle

Across the Coffee Pot Bayou bridge, Snell Isle is the city’s classic prestige address — Mediterranean-revival estates and waterfront contemporaries on curving streets around the Vinoy Golf Club. Water-facing properties here earn the full treatment: twilight exteriors over the bayou, aerials showing dock and open-water access, and video for the listings competing at the top of the market.

Historic Kenwood & the Grand Central district

Historic Kenwood packs roughly 2,200 contributing historic buildings — mostly 1912–1945 bungalows — into 375 brick-streeted acres, one of the largest concentrations of Craftsman bungalows in Florida and a designated artist enclave. Bungalow listings reward tighter, detail-forward photography: built-ins, wood floors, porches, and exteriors framed by the canopy. Adjacent Grand Central and Euclid–St. Paul offer more of the same century-old stock a short walk from the Central Avenue corridor.

The market

How St. Pete listings compete

St. Petersburg runs on two parallel markets: a downtown condo boom fed by relocation buyers who tour by screen before they tour in person, and a historic-home market where premiums track character and condition. Both are media-driven — the condo buyer needs the view and the floor plan; the bungalow buyer needs to feel the street. We match the deliverables to the stock: HDR interiors and detail sets for the historic districts, view-forward frames and 3D tours for the towers, and drone context — planned around FAA Part 107 rules — wherever airspace allows.

Because our St. Pete dates are routed, the smart play is booking ahead: tell us the listing’s timing and we will slot it on the next northbound route, with photo delivery within 24 hours of the shoot — same as every other market we serve.

St. Petersburg questions, answered

Do you charge a travel fee to St. Petersburg?

St. Pete shoots run on routed travel days from Sarasota, and a travel fee may apply depending on the address. Whatever applies is confirmed before you book — the quote you approve is the price you pay.

Check your address

Which parts of St. Petersburg do you cover?

Select communities — downtown and the waterfront towers, Old Northeast, Snell Isle, Historic Kenwood and nearby districts. If your listing is elsewhere in the city, send the address anyway; routing decides more than the map does.

Ask about an address

Is turnaround still 24 hours on routed days?

Yes — photos are delivered within 24 hours of the shoot regardless of zone. Video and 3D-tour timelines are confirmed at booking.

Check your address

Confirm your zone in seconds.

Start typing the property address, city, or ZIP — picking a suggestion shows your zone instantly.

We’ll confirm availability for your exact address — usually within one business day. Somewhere else? We travel — ask us.

Next step

Next routed day north?

Send the St. Pete address and your timing — we’ll slot it on the route and confirm every detail, travel included, before you book.
