Downtown St. Pete’s condo skyline is the fastest-changing on the Gulf Coast, crowned by The Residences at 400 Central — 46 stories, the tallest residential building on Florida’s west coast — alongside Saltaire, ONE St. Petersburg and the towers ringing the waterfront parks. Tower listings are their own craft: amenity decks, skyline-and-bay view frames from the unit, and drone work that places the building against Tampa Bay. Remote and relocating buyers dominate this market, which makes 3D tours and interactive floor plans close to mandatory.

Brick streets, granite curbs, hex-block sidewalks and a hundred years of Craftsman, Mediterranean-revival and Colonial homes under an oak canopy — Old Northeast is one of Florida’s great historic neighborhoods, and it photographs like it. These listings sell on character, so we shoot them character-first: natural light, straight verticals, porch and streetscape frames that show the neighborhood as honestly as the house.

Across the Coffee Pot Bayou bridge, Snell Isle is the city’s classic prestige address — Mediterranean-revival estates and waterfront contemporaries on curving streets around the Vinoy Golf Club. Water-facing properties here earn the full treatment: twilight exteriors over the bayou, aerials showing dock and open-water access, and video for the listings competing at the top of the market.

Historic Kenwood packs roughly 2,200 contributing historic buildings — mostly 1912–1945 bungalows — into 375 brick-streeted acres, one of the largest concentrations of Craftsman bungalows in Florida and a designated artist enclave. Bungalow listings reward tighter, detail-forward photography: built-ins, wood floors, porches, and exteriors framed by the canopy. Adjacent Grand Central and Euclid–St. Paul offer more of the same century-old stock a short walk from the Central Avenue corridor.
